For years, I juggled the pressures of career advancement, fatherhood, and marriage—often feeling like I was showing up halfway in every area. I’ve walked the path of burnout, disconnection, and uncertainty. Through faith, coaching, and hard-won lessons, I discovered that the greatest transformation happens when we commit to showing up with purpose, honesty, and heart.

Today, I help men reclaim their identity, strengthen their relationships, and live lives aligned with their values.
